Somewhere in September, the Halloween candy appears, and even if you don’t celebrate, this seems to kick off the food frenzy of the holiday season. But it doesn’t have to be this way! Kristen Williams is here to share how we can navigate holiday events with some faith-based tips and tools. She dives into navigating the awkward meal times, preparing for comments we can’t control, and the freedom we can find in eating intuitively.

Kristen is a registered dietitian and certified eating disorder specialist with a Christ-centered private practice in Dallas, Texas.
