The “sex talk” is quite often a reminder of the shame that the topic of sex carries with it. Yet there are men and women living in deep sexual shame—some with addictions they want to break free from. God designed sex—and it’s good, in the right context. So how can you begin to find healing for yourself? And is it possible for you to do things differently for your children?
Dr. Joy Skarka returns with me for Part 2 of this conversation. She continues in this episode with the importance of talking about sex with your children early and often. She also shares where to find support for your own healing along with some entertaining stories from her journey! I’m so proud of you for continuing on with this conversation and I’m so excited to see what the Lord has in store for you.
Please note that this episode contains topics such as sexual assault and human trafficking which may be sensitive for some listeners.

God is so good, isn’t he? And we’re so grateful to bring you this conversation and let you know you’re not alone and that resources and support are available to you! If you need someone safe to share with, please feel free to send an email to admin@findingbalance.com
