Mealtime can be such a challenge for so many of us! From being single and feeling mentally drained, to having a household of picky eaters, to recovering from an eating disorder—the challenges are real. The noise is real. The pressure is real. So how can we make mealtime easier? And… is that even possible?
Ann Kent joins Chrissy to share a great tool that helps remove the burden of meal planning and get a quick, nourishing meal on the table in the most non-diet-culture-y way! Ann shares the difference between meal planning for a diet vs intuitive eating, how to figure out the best thing to do when you’re just having “one of those days,” and how her approach to meal guides is unique. Don’t miss the incredibly generous freebie baked into this episode!
