“I am what you’d call a “religious” exerciser (2 hours a day, 6 days a week, plus a 3 hour run on Sundays), and a very careful eater. As a result, I can still fit into the size 2 jeans I wore in high school (I’m 29 now). But lately I’ve been feeling faint and dizzy, especially near the end of my workouts. I’ve thought about taking an energy supplement, but am not sure about the risks. Can you give me any advice?”
