“My wife is overweight and has tried every diet on the planet, to no avail. She swears that she is not secretly bingeing on cookies when I’m at work, but I’m not sure I believe that she’s really eating all that healthy. I often find food wrappers in her car, in the trash can, etc. I’m frustrated because she always complains about her weight, and yet she seems to be sabotaging her own efforts at losing it. Is there anything I can do for her?”
