“I am a recovering disordered eater and I just delivered my first baby a few weeks ago. While I was able to eat pretty healthy during the pregnancy, I find that I now really want to restrict so that I can get back into my clothes. It’s hard, because I want to nurse, and I know that restricting could affect my milk, but I’m feeling so depressed about my body right now and I guess I feel that if I could just get back in shape I’d feel better about myself, which would probably make me a happier mom. What should I do?”
