“My best friend recently told me she thinks I’m in denial about my issues with food. She told me she’s concerned that I’m underweight, and that I don’t eat enough. I disagree with her. Just because she likes to eat more than I do doesn’t mean I have a problem. I know I don’t eat a lot, and that I’m thin, but this is how I want to be. What could really be so wrong with that? I’m not in denial – I just don’t agree with her. What should I tell her to get her off my back?”
